Very nice in the beginning later start the nightmare in the first hearing they just go and never fought for me everything was against me they never make me feel protected I felt like they just go for my money and they don’t care or don’t know how to fight for you. When start making paperwork a lot of big mistakes I had to be calling to fix the errors, now 1 year and 3 months and then can not finish this and their excuses are that they have more than 230 cases. I Keep trying to communicate with no luck. First method of direct communication with assistant is email but no answer no more. I want to say that they helped me with smaller payments but it was very noticeable when I finished paying them all change. In my opinion if you looking for a good and professional representation find somebody else OR if you want to learn about collection methods they are really professional. I don’t want to know who wasn’t affected economically for pandemic so they send emails make calls and text messages days before no matter is is weekends or holidays they are going to call you to let you know that the payment is coming. TO FINISH THIS I would like to they call me email me text me to tell me something about my case same way same interest and professionalism how do they work with collections.

July 2022 UPDATED REVIEW It is unfortunate that I am still in the early stages of my case when I started this over a year! During my first visit, I was told my divorce process was going to be final in a few months. Communication is terrible.! I have to constantly call to ask what is going on. They failed to notify me that the assigned attorney for my case had changed. This has not been a smooth process at all. It's frustrating and stressful. April 2021-The people here are amazing! From the front office to the lawyers here! The environment is very welcome. They are patient and friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns. Payment plans are available.
