The most unprofessional office. It's raining and everyone is running behind, understandable. I call ahead. Told not not to worry bc it's only 10 minutes. Arrive and 45 minutes past the appointment time no one has said a word. Asked the receptionist if I'm getting seen soon, and she says she doesn't know maybe another 15 to 20 minutes. Very non-committal. She didn't care. So expect to be ignored for at least an hour. Maybe I should have let on that English was not my only language.
