They are great and very kind

This was our first ever Civil case that we were going to do, so we had no idea what the process was. Manuel Diaz Law Firm was the first name that popped up on google so I gave them a call. We got a meeting, talked about the case and they agreed with us and accepted to take on our case. After the meeting, the only time we would get any contact from them was to remind us of the payments we still owed them. They never called us to give us any updates about the case. We would always have to call and then they would explain whats going on. The paralegal kept asking me questions that I already gave the first paralegal at the first meeting, she even asked to send her the evidence, which again, I had already did to paralegal Blanca, and she confirmed that she sent it to the other paralegal. This process was already done and showed how unprofessional they are. We felt like our Lawyer Anthony and his paralegal Melanie, were not on our side. We thought we were getting a strong legal team that will fight for us 100%, as one should. But instead we got an inexperience lawyer and a paralegal that we would make appointments for us to have conference calls to discuss updates, but they would never call. But they made sure to contact us every time they needed a payment. We did not feel like they were on our side what so ever, the lawyer Anthony even got a little upset when I questioned if he was on our side. Don't waste your money at this Law Firm.

William from from Holmes Firm PC provided me with sound, informative advices in-regards to will and estate matters and wealth management. He was very helpful with providing me with straight forward answers and answering any questions I had.
