Very professional

Do not use they just want your money! They were nice and ready to take on the world at the beginning of the process. I gathered all my evidence and presented what I had. After that, I received one phone cal fro the attorney I was “working” (I use that term loosely) with. He heard my side of the story and that was it. I was told in the beginning they charge everytime you reach out to them via email or phone. Which is no problem. Only time I would hear from them was when an invoice was due. They billed for the trail prep almost 3 1/2 hours. I was not apart of this process nor made aware. Why couldn’t I have been called, factime, Google duo, anything about my trial. I get called for billing every month, but not about the status of my trial, just updated on the dates. Which was sent to me by the courts and put on my zoom calendar by the courts. I did not know what to expect or anything. They could have called the day before, week before anything to discuss steps, what to expect, what may or may not be asked, anything. But we did not. It felt like Micha Fernandez did not know what was going on, what to say or even how to defend. And I was the plaintiff. He did not call me after the hearing, I had to reach out to him to get clarification on what happen almost a week later. He told me “it was unusual for the judge to act as a defend attorney and unusual for the defendant not to appear to court”. I felt alone during the trial like my attorney did not have my back or was just as lost as I was durning the trial... I am hurt and very upset about how things s were handled. Not even about the outcome, I understand nothing is guaranteed with a case, but it was like they did not care about my case. Get like they had a “we will get to it when we get to it” attitude. And the civil attorney manager Jeffery M argued more for their invoice than they did for my case. These people are crooks! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
