I am utterly dismayed by my experience with this attorney's office. Initially, I was hopeful, as their credentials seemed impressive, but my actual experience was far from satisfactory. I had two appointments scheduled for consultations, both of which were met with complete silence from their end. Not once did they bother to call or even reschedule. There was no communication whatsoever, leaving me waiting and wondering. This lack of professionalism shows a fundamental disrespect for clients' time and circumstances. I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but failing to communicate or make amends is inexcusable. It was not just an inconvenience but a blatant disregard for basic courtesy. To anyone considering this office for legal assistance, I advise you to stay away. Their unresponsiveness and lack of respect are indicative of how they handle their professional obligations. This experience was a complete waste of my time, and I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere.
