I was charged with committing a felony crime base on false accusations. I had never been in trouble with law before other than a couple of speeding tickets. After bonding out of jail I found this Attorney Shawn Storey by google searching for Criminal Defense Attorneys in Richardson, TX. I saw he had some good reviews on google and he handle a lot of cases in Collins County after during a Collin County court case search using his name. I reach out to him and he was very patience and flexibility due to my work schedule. He was able to understand my financial situation and work with me on payments for representing me on my case. Shawn is very knowledgeable and explained to me the step and process of the justice system and several methods on how he would want to proceed with my case. He made time to listen, return emails, texts, and phone calls he miss during working hours. If there was something I felt I wanted him do differently or we had a conflict ideas, he would take the time to explain why he felt like this was a bad approach and explain the odds of it going the way as I expected. He did his best to answer any questions I had. He showed up to ever hearing sharp and on time. He filed paperwork to help modified the protection order places against me and to reset hearings that I could not make do to my work schedule. Shawn represented me on my Criminal Case and the Protection Order filed against me. I felt like I was in good hands and he represented me well. After 3 month my case was No Billed and the protection order was stripped down. Thanks Shawn

I needed a good and experienced attorney to tackle a custody issue with my ex who relentlessly sent harassing messages and would have been a danger to have around my toddler. He handled the matter diligently and I was completely at ease after speaking to him. Once we were at court he was able to get my husband and me in and out quickly with out me having to speak to my ex who is very high conflict. I was more than satisfied with the outcome as well. I want to also mention Shawn worked a case for someone I knew nearly 20 years ago and this man was looking at a lot of time in prison. Because it was an accident, Shawn was able to get him probation and save him and his family from a lot of grief. Besides being a very easy person to talk to, he knows the ins and outs of the court system and is definitely knowledgeable on all kinds of court related questions and cases. He also cuts out all the middle men and you can call him directly on his cell which is nice. For anyone with a legal issue reading this, seriously- call him. He’s worth every penny!!!!
