**UPDATE 12/8/23 Seems the only time I get a response from this office is when I update review. Had MRI on 11/14, never heard back from Doc or hospital. Reached out to this office on 11/19 to see if they would follow up so we can get this case closed out. I was told they would look into and get back to me. Well here we are on 12/8 with no response. If this is a case that is "not good" enough for this law firm I wish they would let me know so that I can look into alternative firms. Frustration doesn't begin to cover what I feel. Just be aware when you contact this office. **UPDATE** So I received call from New case manager after leaving this review. Had doctors office call and set up appointment. But since then nothing. Doctor is wanting to prescribe some medication and do an MRI but this needs approval from attorney office. I called a week ago left message. Have heard nothing... again! Just called and left another message. At this point I have lost all faith in this office. Their messages say they will return calls in 24 hours yet here we are 2 weeks later with no response.*** I had an accident on March 10 of this year. Reached out to this law firm for some help. Getting updates or information has been like pulling teeth. I text, call, email with little to no response. When I do get response I'm told they are waiting on hospital/doctor invoices/reports. It's been over 7 months! I offer to go get whatever they need from whomever but then I get no response. I don't mind driving to offices to get what is needed as long as it helps.. Even had one of the hospitals calling and texting me with having Bill put on my credit because they had not received any information. Got a call last month saying I needed one last doctor appointment and she would have office call to set it up. Still waiting for that call. I just want this done and my hospital bills paid.

Anna has honestly been so helpful with getting back to me on a timely manner. I cannot express how thankful I am towards her hard work and kindness. I wasn't happy at all when she got my case but Anna was more than amazing at turning things around for me. If you do come here, I would absolutely recommend you ask for Anna.

I was rear ended by two cars two years ago. I didn’t receive any updates up to this date and every time I called there was always someone different working on the account. The attorney never had the audacity to call me. I asked to have my files released and I wasn’t provided with anything. They only used the excuse the insurance company isn’t denying such claim. I didn’t receive compensation to fix my car or chiropractor.

Such a great team here, definitely recommend!
