Frenkel & Frenkel, Mark Frenkel was amazing. For the first time in my life I completely let go of the outcome and they did a superb and professional job on my case. What attorney/Law Firm does this. Great communication, went the distance and surprised me with the outcome. It wasn't what I wanted (Didn't say)but it was more than I expected. Tammie was always prompt and kept me updated. The had a little party when it settled recently and gave me a gift bag of goodies and Tammie's promo of all the items was superb. Hope I never need them again but if I do I could never use anyone else. It is true. All lawyers and firms are NOT the same. This one is the "real deal".

Frenkel & Frenkel will do their best to make sure you are taken care of after an accident. If I am ever hit by another vehicle, I will not try to “work with” the insurance company of the person who hit me. They are not concerned about what will be best for you! I was in a horrible car accident in 2016 that caused damage to my neck, back, and the rotator cuff in my shoulder. My insurance, which was geico at the time, failed to help me and the lawyer I hired originally did not do her job. So I talked to Ashley at Frenkel & Frenkel and she was very caring and understanding. She emailed or called at least once a week to keep me updated on my case and made sure I got the medical help I needed. She was amazing and I truly appreciate all the help she gave me.

After a teenager on her cell phone ran a stop sign, sent me to the er, and totaled my car I knew I needed a lawyer. I called Frenkle & Frenkle after hearing about them on the Russ Martin show. Someone from their office came to my work to get my information. Gene Burkett, a lawyer with the brothers, took my case. His assistant, Ashley Rigdon, was amazing! They got me the medical help I needed and helped me sort out issues with my car. She was so caring, patient, and knowledgeable about any questions I had. I highly recommend them!

The whole experience was just ok

Very professional, the representatives and lawyers always stayed in communication with the process. They answered all my questions and always followed up with me when things started to move forward. Not that I would want to be in an accident again, if or when I do; I know who to call. I recommend Frenkle & Frenkle.
