I made a simple email on a Sunday and within an hour I got a call that changed my life and saved me. The fact that they came to my home to start the process amazed me. The professionalism of the staff from my attorney jb and demetria was the best experience I could have had considering the circumstances. They gave me my life back and if not for them I may have been in a wheelchair or not on this Earth at all. Because of your staff I get to hug my wife and children everyday. Thanks for everything.

I am a paralegal, so to say that I am particular about who I trust with my personal legal matters is understatement. I was involved in a pretty serious car accident that required me to have spinal surgery. It was, and still is, one of the hardest things I've ever had to deal with. Robin Roy was my case manager, she was honest with me every step of the way. I know the process, but she still took her time to make sure I always knew what was going on and was there to answer a call or email within a day or so of me reaching out. Partners Mark Frenkel and Gene Burkett were just amazing. They took the time to talk with me, answer my questions when the case started getting really 'intense', and explain, in detail, all of my options. As a team, they made me feel like family, not just another client. I pray I never need their services again, but they will be first to get a call if I do. If you want a firm that will fight for you, be honest with you and not just settle and move on, then look no further.

Stormie with Frankel and Frankel really took care of me. I was in a 4 car accident where a drunk driver hit us from behind. My wife and I suffered from injuries and the Insurance companies would not take responsibility right away. I felt i had no choice so i contacted this firm. They walked me through everything. Set up appointments to get me the medical help i needed and was able to settle the case very very quickly. I recommend them very highly.

These guys are great! After our wreck we were so confused about everything. Not only did they handle our legal matters, but they helped us with all the insurance paperwork and were there to help us through the recovery process. Our case was complicated and they made sure to explain it to us in a way we could understand. And witnessing them dealing with the opposing counsel was amazing. We won our case and without them we wouldn't have even been able to get the care we needed (simply because we couldn't figure out the dang insurance stuff) to get where we are today. I've worked with Stormie Oden on our case. It has been a stress free experience. Stormie is very responsive and things get handled quickly. She stayed on top of everything and it really helped us through the process. Stormie is wonderful and I recommend the firm to anyone who needs to hire a lawyer to handle their case.
