Great Law Firm with amazing employees!

I had a positive experience at this law firm. My case manager Adriana Rines was great! She is very easy to work with and is a great listener. Make sure to ask for Adriana!

We were not happy with how our case was handled. We had several different case managers throughout the life of our case, and every time we got a new case manager, it was like we started all over. We had to repeat our story many many times and resend several documents that we had already sent. Then, to top it all off, the attorney that actually represented us never did know the accurate story no matter how many times we tried to tell him and correct him on important details. He would just say, "We can correct that later." I think this severely hurt our case, which is why we had to settle in mediation for much less than I feel we should have gotten. I hope I never need an attorney for something like this again, but if I do, it definitely will not be Frenkel and Frenkel.

So grateful to have worked with Frenkel & Frenkel. Adriana Rines kept constant communication and answered all my questions, I would definitely recommend to her all my friends and family.
