I have been working with the amazing Amber Mancillas ever since I was involved in a bad car wreck back in September of 2022. Amber Mancillas has been nothing but transparent and great throughout the whole process. Very well spoken and very communicative about every step. I highly recommend working with Amber Mancillas if ever given the chance as she has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. This was my first ever serious car wreck and had no clue where to start so I highly recommend Frenkel & Frenkel!

Not being the quick litigious-type person, I did not go straight to an attorney after I was hit by a drunk driver. I utilized my personal insurance for the medical injuries I sustained but after a few weeks, I started to get the runaround from my insurance company (a very very well known nationwide company). My ex-husband suggested I call an attorney and referred me to Frenkle & Frenkle. Honestly, I was hesitant at first as I’ve not ever dealt with this type life-stuff before. I left a message stating the reason for my call and quickly received a return call from the actual attorney. I was impressed with that in itself. The law firm took-on my case and Yolanda became my case manager who kept me well-informed of where the suit stood each step of the way. At times I was overwhelmed that lead to periods of depression. Yolanda was there to listen intently. There came a time she felt Aaron should speak with me and to my surprise, he called me to help in alleviating my concerns. Words can not express the heartfelt gratitude I have for this law firm and their integrity when it comes to their clients. They listen. In the end, they made sure the law worked in my favor as they successfully represented me in the lawsuit against the drunk driver in negotiating a settlement. I highly recommend Frenkle & Frenkle. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve received while dealing with a lawsuit. Not only does your employee lie to pacifier the clients. I have been given the run around by Latasha with excessive lies. She called me last week on Thursday saying everything looked good and she would call me on Friday around 8 am to get my case finalized. I knew the way she was rushing me off the phone there was a lie. I called Friday morning to be told she had called in for the day. Well of course. Mr. Boorstein is just as unresponsive. I was able to get in touch with everyone while I was still in the stages were I could fire the attorney but now I’m being completely ignored. I have sent several text messages and left numerous voicemails which all have been ignored. I had my accident on 7/11 and was referred to a Chiropractor office that began back adjustments WITHOUT a MRI. Since I have been experiencing more pain than I did prior to the adjusting. This accident has changed my life drastically and to be here with pain that I would probably have to live with for the rest of my life, attorney lying to me EVERY chance they get all while trying to put the pieces of my life back together is mentally and emotionally stressful. I would NOT recommend this company if you really need someone to fight for you. All I want to do is put this behind me.
