From the very first phone call I felt like I make a great decision by calling Frenkel and Frenkel. I actual spoke to Gene Burkett and he made me feel very comfortable about the situation. The same day I received a phone from Latasha and she has been amazing throughout this process. She was very compassionate and helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She set up an appointment with a pain specialist and made sure I took pictures after the dog attack so we had everything documented. They were able to get me a great cash settlement and I never paid out of pocket for anything. Thank you to Gene, Lastasha and Jason for being on my team!

Great communication and my case worker was always cleaning up the dirty work and making sure my medicals and everything was taken care of. 11/10 highly recommend

I was involved in a traffic accident, which totaled my car, and I was required to seek medical attention at the time and for months after that. From the beginning, Yoland was very helpful and eased what a stressful period was. My attorney, Aaron Spahr, handled the negotiation with the opposing insurance company, and I received a very appropriate settlement amount. I could not rate this firm, Aaron, and Yolanda highly enough. Great experience!

I've been using them for over a year.. avoid them at all cost! They don't communicate well, and they obviously can't keep employees. Since I've had 5 different people/ attorneys on my case. I dont know who to contact most of the time. Fast forward. They have the settlement check,but they are dragging their feet to pay. I know you hear them on every radio station, avoid them, they have to much business to take care of everyone
