We are using Frankel & Frankel for our accident we had over 1.5 years ago. Nobody has called us to keep us updated on what’s going on. We usually have to email them numerous times before we get a response. I’m very disappointed in them seeing that they do actually take care of some of their clients. I personally would never use them again.

I was hit by a car that ran a red light in 2020. When I had to call the other driver's insurance to report the incident, I knew I needed to let those with more experience handle it. It took a while, but they stick with it and got me a fair settlement.

Another person didn't stop at a stop sign and totaled my car and fractured my wrist. Yolanda and Aaron helped me out alot, after getting initial information I was able to sit back and recover and they handled the rest. Thank yall

I was in an accident with an 18 wheeler in July of 2021...The stress of being in a car accident is enough..but being approached with a legal process after can top that off.. But with Frenkel & Frenkel, you will NEVER go through anything alone...they explain everything so thoroughly and are very knowledgeable. Communication was always 100% and they were always so pleasant to work with! Don't ever hesitate to reach out to them for your legal needs. I HIGHLY recommend working with Aaron & Amber!!

My son was in a horrible head on collision on June 13th. His wife called Frankel and Frankel on June 14th. She got voice mail and left a message. No one returned the call. She called again in the afternoon and she was on hold for over 20 minutes. She finally hung up. No one has ever returned the call.
She called 2 other attorneys. Got immediate call back from one attorney and actually talked to the other attorney when she called.
Frankel and Frankel must not really be in business to help their clients.

I highly recommend Aaron Spahr and Yolanda Rojas, they went above and beyond to take care of me. Even when my case mgr was on vacation Aaron personally made himself available to me to take care of anything I needed. No hammers or gimmicks just great representation.
