I would highly recommend this law firm. Had an impossible case that they helped me navigate. Latasha is an absolute all star and great to work with. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and expert at her field. Once she is on the case she will exhaust every opportunity to help out. All medical treatment was taken care at great facilities and awesome doctors. Was very involved in all aspects of the case at all times and any questions were promptly answered. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do they will absolutley be my first phone call.

They treated me really well and gave me information to make decisions i never once felt pressured into agreeing to something i didnt want. My car accident was in December of 2017 - my car was totaled and the other driver was completely uninsured. I had just moved to Texas two months prior and was at a loss with what to do. After searching for advice, I decided to contact Frenkel & Frenkel. Within days I was signing paperwork and discussing medical care for my injuries. My case manager Latasha listened to every concern I had and was readily available to give me any updates I needed regarding my case, as well as continued to keep me updated as anything changed without my prompting. Because of the circumstances surrounding the other driver, I knew that my case would take time and definitely wouldn’t be deeply profitable, yet Frenkel & Frenkel approached me like it would be. I really appreciated not only being advised when choices needed to be made, but also to be given those choices in the first place. In the end, they were able to secure enough to pay most of my medical bills off and even have some leftover. While I wish there had been more (after what I went through and what was involved on Frenkel & Frenkel’s side - I think we all deserved better there), I’m happy to have anything and I know they did all they could. Had I not sought their help, I’d be saddled with mountains more of medical debt. I sincerely hope I am never in a situation like this again, but if I am and I am in this area, I will call Frenkel & Frenkel for assistance - I know they’ll do everything they can to help me.
