Very professional kept me updated with everything that was going on with my case I will refer to them in the future if anything else should occur

Worst experience ever! Rhiannon Keslo personally requested that I send her all of my medical files to willingly read line for line with colleagues because she knew I had a case with proven evidence. Her office workers continuously rescheduled with me but for the day of said scheduled phone meeting, her firm entered my cell # incorrectly. In return, I was not able to have my appointment because no one reached out or would answer office phone. I waited almost a month to receive a call back to discuss and when I did…. I would not recommend anyone to work with this firm at all. It seemed as if Ms. Keslo did not go over any documentation until our phone call was happening. She sounded confused and seemed to not remember what was discussed that previous month. She became very combative with me and audibly frustrated because my 20 minute scheduled phone call was taking too much of her time and she had other things to do that day according to her. Although this SCHEDULED appt. was to discuss what she had found in my records, that did not happen but yet, I found myself explaining to her again the details of my case. She was asking questions that proved to me she hadn’t read a page of my documents that SHE requested. Even after sending over a very detailed word documentation of my encounter for my case, she tried to fight me along with my husband’s word even while being presented with hard evidence. When asked did she go over the paperwork like she mentioned she would, she got a nasty attitude and said this is not her file. Mentioned to me she likes to stay away from Houston and Emergency Room cases even though that information was the first thing provided before classified documentation was obtained and sent. I expressed to this said attorney that she is unprofessional and I will never give someone like her a job as big as my case. This is the worst experience I ever had with a lawyer and I hope they can provide better professional service to potential clients in the future.

Kelso Law is the Best law firm Rhiannon is Great at what she do, she will go over and beyond for any of her clients. I love the Kelso team and will hire her again to represent my case.

This law firm has owed my boss's business a personal injury check for 2 years. The physician of my office recently passed and we are trying to get money owed which they refuse to pay. I just received the most insulting letter from attorney Rhiannon Kelso literally saying I am "whining" by my repeated emails as the office manager handling the business affairs trying to resolve this issue since this is the only law firm I have been unable to collect on. They are obviously trying to get out of paying since he's deceased and will not send the money to the next of kin, his wife. I have never seen such unprofessionalism with an attorneys office and I work with several different ones a week. I would never recommend this attorneys office to anyone based on the experience my boss and I have had with them the past 2 years and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau immediately
