I can not even begin to describe how dedicated she is to her clients. She is extremely detailed oriented and goes above and beyond with her communication skills and never left us wondering the status of the case. This is DEFINITELY the lady to hire!!!

Dawna was able to take my case to the Dallas County courthouse and get my DWI dismissed. They had video tape and a blood test as evidence but she was able to get it all suppressed from the judge! She is amazing and I would highly recommend her. I am so thankful I hired her as my attorney.

I was introduced to Dawna Kim July of 2018. After an unfortunate night, I was charged in Dallas County with a DWI. From stories I had heard of people with DWI charges I immediately thought the worse and thought my professional career was over before it started. Immediately I was impressed with her professionalism, compassion, and work ethic when interacting with me as her client. During this process a pandemic hit due to COVID and added even more stress to my life on top of my case. Dawna reassured me she was going to do everything in her power to get me the best possible deal. She constantly reminded me not to worry. All I simply needed to do was keep living my life as normal as possible, and to stay out of trouble in the meantime. There was a point I had thrown in the towel and ready to give up and sign for a misdemeanor DWI, 18 months probation, interlock and move on with my life. My court date was set and she reached out to me and convinced me to hang in there just a little while longer. She fought hard for me and ended up getting my blood work thrown out from the case and struck a deal to drop my DWI charge to Obstruction of highway with no interlock and ONLY 6 months probation with no reporting required! I will for ever be grateful to have had her as my lawyer! She truly is the best!!!

Dawna Kim is a miracle worker. At first, I wasn't going to hire an attorney, but then I decided to hire one. I had no idea who to hire. I picked Dawna because she was the only woman attorney to send me a flyer in the mail. It was one of the best choices I have ever made. She was very easy to work with, and she spelled out everything clearly so I could understand. She got me set up on a payment plan, told me what I needed to do proactively right away, and each week she checked to see if I had a trial date. She asked me to text her every Friday to see how things were going in my case, and she always texted back immediately. Her best quality is that she doesn't see bad people; she sees good people who make poor choices. She is the kind of businesswoman I strive to be. I worked with Ms. Kim a few years ago regarding a DWI charge. Obviously, this can be a very stressful time. Ms. Kim was very supportive and makes you feel at ease. She was able to get my license back without suspension and was even able to get my DWI dismissed! Fast forward a few years....Again she was able to get my license back without suspension.....Fingers crossed on the DWI charge. Ms. Kim is very approachable, supportive, and she works hard on your behalf, with a quick response anytime you have questions or if there are any updates on your case! She told me "Don't beat yourself up. Just take care of yourself and I'll take care of everything else"......and she means it! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

Being a first time offender, Dawna helped me understand and learn a lot about my charge and also handled my case very smoothly. She's super kind and caring, realistic, and obviously skilled at what she does. Every step of the way, I was always informed and guided through what I needed to do. With her help, my case was dismissed 8 months after my arrest and also at a reasonable price. If I'm ever in any sort of trouble ever again, I know exactly who to call (but hopefully I won't ever have to) !
