They take the side of the corporate defendant and question the integrity of the plaintiff. At that level, arbitration is a waste of time and a flat out joke.

So, I have waited to write this review, until I could give a well rounded experience. So, Mr. Smith is working two different cases for me, as my kids dad was murdered and I got sued by their grandmother. I had initially hired him to sue my ex husband for my youngest and I asked him to appear in that case also on short notice and he did. He has won both cases for us and I have to say that these cases have been all over the place. He has been straight forward in his opinions and suggestions, which is what I appreciate so much, and still tells me when I am doing things that are viewed badly. He has been so kind in the handling of my oldest kids dads case, who was recently murdered. He is aggressive when he needs to be and that is what we needed. I could go on and on but the fact os he knows his stuff and he is an honest attorney. Yes, there is such a thing. Happy client!!

Ann Marie is awesome I was about to plea to 2 felonys with my prior attorney because he didn't think he could beat them which was not true Ann Marie came in and heard my case and seen there was no proof of what I was getting accused of and got both of them dropped it was a true blessing meeting a great,professional,realistic attorney like her I can't thank her enough just for doing such a great job I would recommend her to anybody that needs some great legal aid.
