I would like to apologize to DT and Rad Law Firm from a post and rant I gave a couple weeks ago. I spoke out of anger and frustration which no one should never really do, and for that I truly apologize. There isn’t any reason to be that way but in this day and time where frustration is at a all time high we make mistakes, speak and do things that we later hate we did. So I’m taking this time to once again and truly apologize for my words and temperament not being in the align. Please accept this public apology because it really from the heart. Thank you for all the hard work they you’ll are doing and attempting to accomplish.

Your company is the best on everything you all do in life in helping people because you all are a responsible on doing thing good thing to solve the problem that happens in a accident and I will always tell all my friends and family that when they need help I give them your number to help them out with the accident that they get into I value your company in the world.

I had an accident more than a year ago and me and my boyfriend hired Rad law firm for that. Now after this long time my case is done and I am so happy with the result. I want to thank Mr Rad for handling my case before everything. But to be honest it was so hard to get in touch with my case manager during my treatments and also she didn’t called me even once since accident till the time that case was settled. So I was not aware of what is going on. I had to call her several times to reach her. Finally we called her boss and after that everything changed and I got the result that I wanted. However, boyfriend’s case is still processing and after a year with current settlement he can not even compensate his car loss! I hope they can find a way to figure out his case and then we can come and update this review with new results!

This is the absolute slowest and unprofessional law firm I have ever delt with they drag your case out as long as they possibly can to make u take a offer that is outrages on top it it all it’s such a hassle to speak with any one, the lady keranna never I repeat never answers the phone. My case started around dec2019 it’s dec2020 I’ve already settled on a offer still haven’t heard any thing back received any call back or any thing !
