The process of filing a claim was very stressful. The Jackson Spencer Lawfirm was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. They were quick to respond to all my questions and during the Pandemic. No matter when I emailed them, I always got a response the same business day. The Jackson Spencer Law Firm took on my case when no one else seemed to be interested. They immediately began working on it and guided me through the entire process. When the other party did not want to settle, the staff at Jackson Spencer were persistent and did not give up on my case. They hung in there with me until my case was favorably resolved.
