My case sdy started right at the beginning of COVID so you can not begin to imagine what I had to deal with. Delay after delay, but Mrs Denise reached out to me to tell me that Mrs. Wolf was on the case. Granted because of the delay, there were times I felt that o could have been contacted more to just tell me yes it was still working but I understand that I was not there only client, but when the case started to gain momentum I was kept within the loop and given thorough expectations.
