I have know Kevin since 1998 and have used him for several different legal matters. He is by far the best attorney I have ever used. He returns calls, is open and honest with solid advice. I would not dare recommend anyone I know to this law firm! Everybody else who is employed there may be nice and have great customer service skills but ROBIN oh my God!! She treated me & my husband the worst way possible. As soon as we walked into her office and she seen us she had a snotty look on her face, She didn't even greet us nor did she introduce herself to us. As my husband was talking to her about his case she did not respond nor ask questions, She kept it VERY SHORT, so I stood up and told her " Your not evening trying to help us right when we walked in you looked like you were disgusted by us, so thank you for your time, we are leaving" " and I'll make sure to write a review on you" All she said was ok.... So as we walked out we just could not believe she treated us that way. So I felt like I needed to let someone else know our experience there. In the car now I call the law firm and ask to speak to someone over her. So I am transferred over to Robin (AGAIN) she did not introduce herself to me. So i asked her I need to speak to someone in charge because we were treated very rude. She said yeah this is me and you told me how rude I was ( laughing while saying it ) I told her whats your name? and that is when she said Robin ( so that is how I found out her name ) ( because from the beginning she never introduced herself) I told her I need to speak to someone in charge ( someone over you ) who is that? and that is when she said that's Julie. So I left my Name & Number with her to give to Julie. Thankfully Julie called me back and I was able to explain to her our experience there with robin @ her law firm and how that was so rude and uncalled for. So again I will never go back there myself nor will I ever refer anyone there!

Julie and Cathy were amazing they helped from the day of my accident to my recovery and still after kept in touch. Best lawyers I have ever had. I truly recommend them 100%. They get the job done no matter what. They will keep you in the loop as well not just go about their business with other clients I was #1 to them all the time.
