Mr. Hersh saved my staffing firm from EEOC Charge when every other lawyer I contacted in Dallas and Houston gave up saying negotiation was the only solution. In recently, we were in this fix where a person filed this untrue complaint at eeoc. I have contacted about 12 lawyers including the one with asking top dollar in fees, went through lot of websites, reviews and had multiple discussion meetings, spent weeks and no one were able to give any satisfactory resolution or suggested the right way. Thing about Mr. Hersh is that he can’t be connected directly via phone for case discussion like some other firms, One must have patience and fill his form with details over website then he connects and understand the case before he gives his time to talk to you and that is how I knew he was the right person as he had satisfactory plan to pursue this and we decided to go with him. Once committed he was quick in response via email or phone or text, he answered all my questions and made me feel confident during this stressful time. Waste of time contacting them...

I was in a terrible position, living in a state where I didn't know anybody, had no support, and had no legal referrals after the company I came here to work for decided they didn't want me to work for them anymore. I had never had a legal battle with anyone in my entire life, let alone my employer before this. Apparently, Karma was on my side because I chose Barry Hersh to represent me in a breach of contract case. This was a very painful and emotional experience for me and Barry was very sensitive to that and let me be unreasonable at times when I think others may have told me to stop being unreasonable!
