You have to be very injured almost to die to get your case. I got a accident, it was a hit and run the car involved had insurance.they didn't want to get my case.

I used Rad Law Firm, and I referred my husband, my daughter and my parents as well as my aunt - always had a great experience EXCEPT this last time My husband had an accident on 2/9/2020 and here we are 4 years later and still NOTHING - just drama from one of the attorneys assistant who was very unprofessional and unethical - like who tries to create problems between a married couple by lying to their spouses (Sydney Cazares) WE as in my husband (the client) and me emailed the main attorney Alonzo Herrera on 12/12/2023 and asked that she be removed from my husbands case and then I was working with Leslie Munoz - it was great until I never received an email from 1/4/24 so I called to check the latest status and I was told Leslie no longer worked there and that Syndey was back on the case - I said nope and I left a message for the attorney Herrera to contact me - and well he called my husband and told my husband he wasn't going to contact me because my husband is the client and not me - well if my husband told him to deal with me then why wouldn't you? My husband had signed a closing statement on 12/11/2023 and he was supposed to receive his check shortly after and now we are 2/6/24 and now they are saying the hospital put a lien and that they werent included in the original closing statement when in FACT they were and I sent the proof because I have a copy of it so now they are re-doing the closing statement and having him sign another one and then wait again on his check again This place is so unprofessional and they have a high turnover rate and I am starting to understand why (because in the 4 years I have dealt with multiple people on his case) Do yourself a favor and find another attorney - I know if we are ever in another accident - we will not be using Rad Law Firm This is just a short scenerio of the drama of this case
