I engaged this lawyer for H1B services, and I must express my dissatisfaction. Their H1B prices just to enter your name in the lottery were significantly higher than other options available. Despite the hefty fee, I received no updates or communication after the results were released. The lack of transparency and communication left me feeling frustrated and questioning the value of their services. Overall, I cannot recommend them, considering the high cost and poor communication.

It was difficult to talk to someone that knew what was going with my case. Many unanswered emails. If it wasn't for my wife staying on top of things this process would've been way more difficult. Often times it feels like you're asking them for a favor when you ask for basic updates.

Cuando decidimos hacer todos nuestros trámites con Davis & Associates fue porque queríamos sentirnos en confianza con las personas que llevarían nuestros casos, lamentablemente no fue así, siempre mi esposo y yo nos sentimos ignorados por las personas que llevaban nuestro caso , para poder hablar con las personas teníamos que enviar emails una y otra vez hasta el punto de enviarle uno al manager para que Porfavor nos ayudaran , mi hijo tenía su cita de entrevista en el consulado de Estados Unidos en Guatemala y era muy importante que todos los papeles fueran en orden cuando a mi me entregaron ese paquete todo estaba mal y así querían que mi esposo y mi hijo se presentarán a la cita si no hubiera sido porque yo me di cuenta de ese paquete tal vez a mi hijo nunca le hubieran dado la residencia , para pedir una cita tuve que casi rogar para que en persona me ayudaran a revisar de nuevo todo los documentos y que todo fuera perfecto y pudiera seguir escribiendo pero gracias a Dios mi hijo y yo ya somos residentes de este país 🙏 fue un proceso largo y de mucho desgaste físico porque nunca me sentí apoyada por mis abogados fueron como 2 personas que me pudieron ayudar en estos casi 3 años, aprendí mucho con todo esto y Porfavor les pido que sean más amables con las personas que se acercan a ustedes porque como clientes ponemos toda nuestra confianza en ustedes
