I have been debating leaving a review since I had such a negative experience but I am hopeful this will help other hispanic families as they spend their hard earned money trying to adjust their status. We hired Davis and associates for a PiP (Parole in Place) filing. Initially they were great and really made us feel like they cared. Our PiP got denied and we had 90 days to appeal. Getting on the call with the attorney to understand appeal strategy took forever and they wanted to charge us MORE than we initially paid for the PiP. Confused I asked why and they said they would give me a call back later once they figured it out. They never gave me a call- simply emailed me over and over asking if I was ready to file the appeal. Finally, 2 days before the 90 day mark, a lady named Alondra called me to ask if we were going to appeal. I let her know that I was still waiting a response on the strategy and cost- she told me she would figure it out and call me back. She calls me back simply to tell me it's too late to file an appeal since we have 2 days left to appeal, I ask her a few questions and she begins yelling at me over the phone asking if there is something wrong with me. She continues yelling while I am simply asking questions. Anyway, safe to say I am disappointed we hired Davis & Associates in the first place and following their awful customer service once we were actually a client is really bad business. Please find another attorney and to Davis & Associates- train your people better and replace Alondra.

This firm stuck with me for 14 yrs. This past Tuesday it all came to a very POSITIVE END. Now i can breathe and leave that one BIG dark cloud that followed me wherever i went. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Davis and Associates

The whole team at Davis and Associates are very professional and Karima Faraz, Francisco Gonzalez, Elena, Alondra Botello and Perla Valle all of them are very helpful who made my process quicker than I expected. Thank you so much to each one of them.
