They provided awful service, and never spoke with my criminal defense attorney. Now, they are not willing to provide a refund. Never mind.

Very unprofessional practice with no clear channel of communication, please avoid. I first set up an initial consultation and was advised to forward records to a lawyer's email. I requested notes of the meeting, but never received them. Despite follow up attempts via email, there was never a response or acknowledgement from the legal team. I called on a few occasions and the staff provided mixed advice. They at least confirmed that the email is correct, but could not say anything past that. I was never able to establish contact with the assigned lawyer over the months and they said to either keep emailing or schedule a new consultation for $100. Do not spend any money if you cannot communicate with the lawyer.
