So a few years back I made a mistake on my taxes. Then years later the IRS sends me a a confusing form. Not going to lie, I paniced. The team at the Margolies Law office gave me the assurance that they could help. Not only did they provide the necessary paperwork, they calmly and caringly walking me through the process, and told me what to expect in moving forward and in the future. They answered all my questions with care even after no doubt answering the same question a hundred times before. I cannot speak higher of the firm and the individual members of the staff. Lorie Burch and her team are so incredible to work with! My husband and I had dragged our feet for years with regards to creating our wills/trust but once we connected with Lorie it was a breeze. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything in simple terms so we knew exactly how to set things up. The communication with her and her team was professional, concise and very responsive, and we love that we could accomplish so much virtually. We were so pleased with the precautions they are taking in their office for Covid which made us feel very safe when we had to go there to sign documents. I contracted them for my tax problem. They seemed very helpful. But come to find out during our process my husband my kid’s and I got sick with COVID-19 so it took me longer to get them the the paper work they needed. Then I turned the client questionnaire and all the paper work they needed. Then about 1 week after I dropped off the everything off to them Jennifer calls to ask me if I dropped off the paperwork of I said yes a week ago. Then about 2 weeks after I got a levy on my bank account. So I called them to let them know and then they let me know they were missing questions I needed to answer. A week later Andrew calls me to tell me he was withdrawing from the case and that he could not help me to deal with the revenue officer myself or find someone else who could help me. I had to hire someone else to help me. And that same day he filled out the 433 application right then and there. And got to working on my case. I would not ever recommend them to no one. They kept $3500 out of the $7500 for work they didn’t do. I was taken for my money.

Andrew was great!!! He provided tax advice as well as recommendations! Let it be noted that he assisted me even though I wasn't a formal client due to the lower dollar amount of my tax issue. I highly recommend using Margolies Law Office for any and all Tax related issues!

Highly reccomend this business! They solved a case that many called "unsolvable", Andrew was great and worked dillegently throughout our case. Although, the pandemic is still affecting many, it did not hinder the results and the time-frame of this company.
