I contracted them for my tax problem. They seemed very helpful. But come to find out during our process my husband my kid’s and I got sick with COVID-19 so it took me longer to get them the the paper work they needed. Then I turned the client questionnaire and all the paper work they needed. Then about 1 week after I dropped off the everything off to them Jennifer calls to ask me if I dropped off the paperwork of I said yes a week ago. Then about 2 weeks after I got a levy on my bank account. So I called them to let them know and then they let me know they were missing questions I needed to answer. A week later Andrew calls me to tell me he was withdrawing from the case and that he could not help me to deal with the revenue officer myself or find someone else who could help me. I had to hire someone else to help me. And that same day he filled out the 433 application right then and there. And got to working on my case. I would not ever recommend them to no one. They kept $3500 out of the $7500 for work they didn’t do. I was taken for my money.
