Elliott Burdette worked with my wife and I to create a pour over will and trust along with various other estate planning legal documents for a fixed package price, offering excellent value. Elliott took the time to fully understand our wishes to structure our will and trust to meet our specific needs. He was very professional, likable, and knowledgeable. Drafts of the documents were sent to us by his assistant, Maureen Belew, for our review and edit, which streamlined the process. Drafts were finalized and we met for the signing of the legal documents. Maureen notarized the documents on the spot during our meeting and made copies so we were able to complete the process and take our finalized estate planning packages home with us. Elliott took the time to answer all of our questions and made the complex process of estate planning easier to understand. Based on our experience I highly recommend Elliott Burdette for your estate planning needs.

My experience with Elliott Burdette was excellent and very professional. I contacted his office for an appointment to discuss creating a Will for myself and a date was set. At our first consultation, he made many good suggestions and was very adept at explaining to me the meaning and purpose of each document. I left feeling very confident that all of my questions had been answered and that the documents I needed were being created perfectly for me. Our next meeting was to finalize and sign the finished documents. I can truly say that the whole experience was quite enjoyable.

I am an elementary school teacher and after the unexpected death of my elderly neighbor, I found out that she had left me as executor and trustee of her estate. Mr. Burdette is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He may not have quite the attention to detail (i.e. often executor was referred to by the decedent's name). His staff also lacked attention to detail. Mr. Burdette is very pleasant and truly values his clients.
