O'Neil Wysocki law firm is a firm you can trust! When fighting a case alone you seek someone to stand next to you and support you and this law firm supports you all the way. They all know how to fight for you and at the same time they all are so compassionate. If you have a lawyer like Michael Wysocki you don't need to be worried because when Michael talks in court people LISTEN! I will never trust any other lawyer than Michael. Michael is someone who will make sure you win and won't give up until you win! The first day I walked into the conference room to meet Michael about 7 years ago with an emergency situation, he didn't say anything, he studied my case and said I will see you tomorrow morning at 8am! I was confused but hold behold by 10 am I won the case! Michael has never let me down! Always stood by me and supported me through thick and thin! Thank you Michael for all your hard work!

My experience of working with Andrew Speer of Oneil Wysocki Family Lawfirm was exceedingly easy and wonderful. He was professional and easy to communicate with in person, phone or e-mail. He was able to help mediate and manage my divorce decree with my ex spouse. By the end of the process Andrew had made it clear of what the next and final steps would be, there were no surprises. Thank you Andrew for your hard work in helping me through a tough time.

I worked with Andrew Speer for the past few months and had a fantastic experience with him. From the first conversation I had with him, Andrew demonstrated his ability to listen well and develop an understanding of my situation. He was extremely informative throughout the process. We obtained a favorable outcome in my situation by strategically applying pressure, having a well thought out plan, and acting quickly when opportunities arose. I give Andrew all the credit for that well executed strategy. Andrew communicates promptly and always keeps his clients’ best interests in mind. I would hands down recommend Andrew Speer and O’Neil Wysocki to anyone who is in need of a top notch family law attorney.

Ms. Julia Blackmon was my custody lawyer. She was incredible and knowledgeable. She was open, honest and listened to my concerns while giving me great advice. I could not be happier with the representation I received. I recommend this firm and especially Ms. Blackmon to anyone with custody needs or questions.

I was introduced to Mr. Wysocki from a mutual friend to help me go through my divorce. Anyone who has been through a divorce with kids involved knows that it is a robust process and gut-wrenching. However, I only met Mr. Wysocki the first time when I paid my retainer fee of $6500.00, and he handed me over to Rocio Cervantes, who was a rookie attorney who he was trying to give business to within his firm. Never saw or heard from him again until things went sideways. Even after reaching out to their office on several occasions to meet with Mr. Wysocki, he apparently could not show up and had unexpected emergency court appearance at 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. However, coincidently he did not have an emergency on the day they requested my retainer and he handed me over to Rocio. On the day of court, Rocio told me that we would meet at 1 o'clock, and she did not show up until 1:30. Then she said we would not be first up in court, and to our surprise, we were the first ones up in court at 1:30. In fact we were the only ones on the docket that day. Needless to say we did not have time to discuss anything and we were totally unprepared. Not only was she late, but she could not find her papers as she was unorganized, and I looked over and thought we have to be role-playing for a surreal movie. She was as quiet as a mouse in court, and it was so bad going against my soon to be ex- wife's counsel that at one point, I thought the judge was getting ready to say to Ms. Rocio Cervantes are "you going to say anything to defend your client." It got to the point that I almost stood up for her and said, "you guys, please leave my attorney alone I don't want her to quit. " We had a mediation set up, and I had to reach out to Ms. Rocio Cervantes several times to ask her if we were going to meet to prepare for mediation. She replied that we would meet, but before we reach that point I needed to swing by their office and drop off an additional $14999.00 before we could speak about our mediation. Yes, you read that right an extra fourteen thousand dollars before we could talk again. When I asked her what I owe her fourteen thousand dollars for, she could not answer. While my ex-wife's counsel requested hundred of documents that took me forever to get, I asked Rocio, are you going to request any information from them, or we just going to show up and let them dictate the course of action. She responded that a previous attorney had already requested information, and she didn't know where that paperwork was.
I'm still trying to figure out why I needed to pay them an additional 14000 and I had never received an invoice. Maybe they have become immune to the fact that divorces involve families and that they have to treat clients with compassion. I can honestly say that I can count on one hand when I have been treated as dishonestly and with the lack of respect that I received from their practice. If this review would allow me to give 0 stars, I would. They are precisely why society feels attorneys have no compassion and are only interested in billing hours and lining their pockets. This practice is a prime example of that belief.
