I would give zero stars if I could. Hired these guys to help me, ended up spending thousands of dollars over the course of 4 weeks and lost. Lost because the lawyer didn't do anything, backed me into a corner and forced it down my throat. Don't hire these people, especially if you're a single mother.

I have been working with Michelle O'Neil and Jere Hight for just over 3 years now with dealing with an unfortunate but necessary divorce and a continuing tumultuous custody case. Michelle and her team of lawyers represented my family in a intricate divorce case with multiple dimensions including but not limited to child custody, immigration, and the validity of the marriage itself. Both parties were not on amiable terms, demands were too far apart, and mediation only made the case even more complicated. Unlike previous attorneys we have worked with, Michelle was on point with the facts of the case, She understood our position and saw our point of view. However, the way Michelle handled a particular event will always hold her dear in our hearts. 4 days before Christmas, the judged grant a temporary restraining order filed by my ex preventing my family and daughter from leaving the country for our Christmas trip. While many law firms would have shutdown for the holidays and no one to answer the phones, Michelle's legal team responded immediately and had the order lifted 1 day before our departure. Through this challenging process Michelle and her team has proven to be trust worthy and constant professionals in and outside of the court room. I came to this law firm after the lawyer I had hired to do my divorce was incapable of doing his job. Ryan took me on and assured me he get the job done. He kept in contact with me every step of the way to let me know what was going on how things were being handled etc. He took what was almost a year long process for me and had it handled and finished within a couple of weeks. Michael Wysocki and Mark Clasby were a tremendous help recently in a Modification Hearing and another issue regarding my divorce and child custody in Collin County. Both Michael and Mark were very knowledgeable regarding Family Law which put the opposing party at a great disadvantage. My case had a unique perspective and unusual circumstances and I wanted someone who can fight for me. I came to their firm in the middle of my case after the failed mediation, the mediation which I was not convinced to go for in the first place. Changing the lawyer in the middle of the case was a risky decision but I glad I chose this firm as my representative. On my first appointment with them I was provided with options available, From day one,I had clear idea about my case. I was updated at every step, explained and provided with best legal advice. One think which makes this firm distinctive is that they are very good trial lawyers, they will try best to settle the case but if your case needs trial, they will go for it.
