If you are looking for quality family law representation, I unequivocally recommend O’Neil Wysocki. I cannot say enough great comments about Michelle O’Neil, Brook Fulks and Stefanie Henderson. My case is unfortunately litigious, ongoing, and incredibly high conflict. The team defended this case with impressive expertise, and sound legal advice. I have talked with many of the top family law firms in this town and have used several. Many were good, but this team is elevated to a higher standard. They are communicative, knowledgeable, and exhibit an ability to listen that few firms possess. I am a tough client, but they have the ability to take that in stride and push through a very difficult case to get the job done. They are my go-to firm and should be yours as well.

Ryan was my attorney,and Lisa Gray was his paralegal. They are both remarkable. Few observations that stood out during the trial. Remarkable opening & closing statements, thorough study of evidences/exhibits, very persuasive & convincing to the audience in his arguments, and meticulous preparation. He fought the case with full vigor and honesty, and got me the best outcome possible. I fully recommend him. Below is the summary details of my case: wife committed adultery; i left her, filed for divorce. Wife wanted 100 grands to settle. Case went on for 17 months, ended up in a jury trial. I had contacted Michael Wysocki and Melody Petit at O'Neil Wysocki law firm about a year ago regarding my divorce case. I had filed for divorce and withdrew my I-130 petition to sponsor my ex for adjustment of status to permanent residency in the United States. As a result, in efforts to either save the marriage (to gain permanent residency in the US) or take revenge (for me withdrawing my petition), I was dragged into court by my ex with false accusations of domestic violence. If domestic violence would have been proven in court by the opposing counsel, then immigration benefits could have been granted to my ex, who had previously received a deportation letter from USCIS. With Michael and Melody's hard work and dedication, along with my full cooperation, the false accusations were actually proven to be false in court. In fact, I didn’t even have to pay any kind of alimony or attorney fee’s requested by the opposing counsel. I just received my final divorce decree, all thanks to these two fantastic lawyers! They believed in me from the very beginning, which is important to build a strong case, and fought rigorously amidst the ever growing challenges. Melody knew that I couldn't hurt anyone and exactly why I was being dragged into court. I was continuously updated on the status of my case, and was given honest feedback throughout it’s’ duration. At the same time, I was also comforted during these difficult times. Because they knew I was right all along, both Michael and Melody fought for me for so long, with everything they had got.
