Originally, I "attempted" in good faith, to have a peaceful and agreed standard custody order with my ex. I did not want to drag my child into a nasty fight and spend a ton of money on something that could be agreed to. However, after being harassed by my my ex and being told that "I just have to deal with it while in the temporary stage" by my current lawyer, I had to do something. Since I work for a criminal lawyer, Michelle O'Neil was highly recommended to me by another lawyer. MICHELLE was the first one that actually listened and gave me a solid plan to actually put a stop to all of the antics. She didn't make me feel like I just "had to deal with it". She originally referred me to another lawyer and I went with him to save money. I then had to fire him after him not being as aggressive as he needed to be. Once I hired MICHELLE, her and her staff worked quickly and got everything filed and we were back in court and put a stop to most of the madness. Unfortunately, my ex continues to make everything difficult, so back to court we go. I am confident that MICHELLE and her staff will do everything they can to ensure that my child is safe and do what is right for her.

Eric Navarrette did a great job during the whole process and was always available when I needed him. I would definitely recommend O'Neil Wysocki for any individual needing representation and support during difficult family times.

My first meeting was with Michelle and she recommended Attorney Ryan Segall for my divorce. I couldn't be more pleased with Ryan! He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge of the divorce process and always explained everything that was going on and what the next steps were. He gave excellent advice and let me make my own decisions, but encouraged me to do what was in the best interest of myself and my son. My ex-husband was trying to get me to settle on a lower amount of child support and Ryan ended up getting me more than double his original offer. I divorced my ex in June of 2011 and was given primary custody of our son. My ex would constantly threaten to "haul my a** back to court" and he would with hold reimbursement for medical because 'he" deamed that it did not meet the divorce decree guidelines, I sought out counsel to see what my options were - being that it had only been 8 months since our divorce. A wonderful friend of mine recommended the O'Neil & Attorney firm. When I spoke with the firm, they recommended Sarah Darnell. I was advised that Sarah was relentless in the court room. And that she is! My ex is very good at using intimidation to get his way - but Sarah was not moved by this. Even before filing for Child Support Modification, Sarah gave me advise and I was able to get the medical reimbursement within 1 week! Sarah pointed out that in my divorce decree my child support was not in guidelines. Sarah filed for the Child Support Modification in March of 2012. By July 9, 2012 all was said and done my child support was within the guidelines set by the State of Texas. This is very unusal to go back to court 8 months after a divorce decree has been signed. Typically you have to wait 3 years (or there has to be a substantial change in income). But Sarah was able to do the impossible. I would highly recommend the O'Neill & Attorney Firm!!! I have spoken about my attorney but all the staff was so supportive and helpful! They ALL truely care about fighting for your rights and will take every step possible in doing so! I would definatly hire this firm again!! I can not say enough about all of them!

1 1/2 years of child custody battle ended at the hands of this gentleman. He was effective, strong, and unchallenged by either side which helped both parties come to an agreement. After running back and forth from one party to the other Mr. Rogers gave us valuable ideas to make the agreement more suitable for both parties and worked. Now we dont have to keep fighting in court and am in possession of my children. Again thanks Mr. Rogers for your hard work.
