He is preoccupied with many clients , He is very expensive .He will put no effort in reviewing your case , files , or evidence. Will only call you one day before or the same court date otherwise you wont hear from him. My case wouldve gone better for me if I had chosen a better lawyer but I had given him all my savings and had no choice but to stick with him, after I saw him put no effort in the beggining I requested my money back and all I got was a Huge list of charges making me owe even more than what he charged me for services.

I have worked for Mr. Mireles for the past year after he represented me on a case. He was very knowledgeable and always kept me updated during every step of my case. He got my case dismissed and was such a respectful person throughout my experience that I decided to help him out with some of my carpentry skills. Never once have I had a bad experience with him and he treats me with the same respect and dignity that he showed me throughout my ordeal. My ex-wife hired Sostenes for our divorce and I honestly feel bad that she did. He was completely incompetent. He didn’t even know my name in court and called me by a different name the entire hearing, embarrassingly showing his lack of care for the case. He clearly doesn’t do his research or fact check because he insisted on telling me in court that the “S” in BAS(a military payment for food allowance) stood for “spouse” so that I was not entitled to it. A simple google search would reveal that it actually stands for “sustenance”. Just one example, anyway I’m glad that she chose him at the end of the day because he did absolutely nothing for her accept delay everything in an attempt to receive more payments for himself. Myself, my ex, and my attorney, Gail Schroeter(highly recommend) put a reasonable agreement into writing and resolved the matter. Sostenes notified my ex that we were legally divorced 2 weeks after I had already been notified 😂. He was never punctual when it came to updating her and providing essential documents which delayed and complicated the entire ordeal. The documents he eventually provided always had misspellings and inaccuracies. Ultimately, after observing him and his work, he just seems like one of those greasy lawyers trying to get paid with no regard for the client.
