I went to trial with Nathan Miller as my attorney for resisting arrest a few years ago. The definition of resisting is using force against the officer. The officer got on the stand and stated that I had not used force against him. Nathan did not move to dismiss the case or provide any defense at all. I fired him right then. The judge continued with the trial and sentenced me to 90 days because of Nathan's failure to defend me.

I’m actually jealous of all the clients who is giving out such good reviews because I did not get the same treatment at all. Said he would help me out on my case and even gave me a few details on how things will go and then disappeared on me. Contacted him over 10 times and did not receive an answer or any information about what was going on. The only time I have spoken with him was our first phone conversation. In the end I had to look for another attorney.

He has worked with and helped my husband through tons of issues. He is very calm and will work through your issues from the beginning to the end.
