Tim Powers Law Office was retained by my daughter in April who was indicted for criminal felonies. After her 2 court dates with current attorney, it was obvious that she needed to make a change due to the facts that he did not meet with her until night before court date, & he was LATE getting to court the next morning!!! After reading all of the positive reviews about Tim Powers, she had an hour phone consult with an attorney at their office & retained them the very same day of her court date. When we arrived at their office, we were treated with the utmost courtesy & my daughter was given a 4 page client information form to complete, about her case, & she had never been asked to complete anything of the sort at the other firm.
