Very good law firm. I felt very comfortable with them in charge of my case.

When I say I had a NASTY case, I mean NASTY. It was extremely complicated and one that most would end up doing time for. TIM POWERS OFFICE WORKED WONDERS. Yall when I say they are the dream team, I mean it. They kept constant communication, you get calls and texts about court dates and you aren’t left wondering what is going on. I ended up having probation for a year. A YEAR EXTENDED IS IT! Unheard of for multiple possible felonies yall. Trust me. Trust Tim. If his team cant do it. No one can.

Tim and his team were very helpful in getting me a favorable outcome. They corresponded with me in a timely manner and addressed all my concerns.

Tim powers and his office scammed me and my fiancé out of $1,000 and lied to us won’t pick up the phone or return any emails it’s been over 3 months we agreed on a contract for me and my fiancé and he lied to both of us and just cut off all Communication because he likes to scam people for money who lives outta state DO NOT HIRE HIM OR ANYONE FROM HIS LAWFIRM THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND STOP Communicating with you TIM POWERS IS SCAMMING African-American people out of there hard earned money and not doing work that he agreed to TIM POWERS WILL LIE TO YOU SO YOU CAN SEND HIM MONEY Then will stop communicating with you DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

We called the Law Offices of Tim Powers after seeing Joshua Hudson in the courtroom. He was attentive, on top of the case, and provided great service for our adolescent child. I wish we did not need to call under the circumstances, but he got us through our troubles. Thank you!

Even after I had received their assistance for the bulk of my required services, they continued to help me with any follow ups and information I needed. Great communication, friendly, and thorough! Would recommend.

My rating 5/10. 2 1/2 stars wasn't an option. Honest review. My charges got dismissed; so I'm not speaking from a bitter place. Police lied on me and pinned a bogus agg assault charge on me. They lied on police report so I hired tim powers. I didn't directly work w tim powers, another attorney represented me. Pros: payment plan was do-able, lawyer got one video I asked for, introduced me to gps history for cell phones. Cons: they "spin" u when u wanna speak w/ a lawyer (always saying none of the 5 lawyers they employ is n the office). Took the attorney 50 days to relay to me a price for the cost of my GPS history (I told the phone answerer that I was abt to call the state bar and file a complaint, ironically they called me abt 30 mins later to set an appt to talk abt the case). They never update u ( any updates were found out from me calling them). My case counts as a case they got dropped but the case didn't get dropped from their work, it was a bogus charge from the jump. Police knew I didn't do it they just thought I didn't have $ for representation and I would plead out . This law office didn't even know my charges got dropped (I had to call them and notify them).
