Jennifer Ramos is a professional, and came up to speed on a complicated case quickly. She was able to engineer a good compromise efficiently. While “fair” is where you get rides and cotton candy, an efficient resolution is the best that can often be expected, and the office got my case there quickly. She as well as the support staff are great and highly recommended.

I met with David's female parter in his Denton office. She judged me from the get go. She wouldn't even look up. She wouldn't engage with me at all. It was the worst and most expensive, $200, consultation I've ever had. She treated me like I was stupid and needed her scolding. I wish I could get my money refunded on my credit card as services not rendered.

Words can't do justice to the care and understanding Jennifer Ramos and team take when handling a case. This is a changing moment in your life and you need someone that cares but can also be direct and bring up the hard things that need to be handled. I always left conversations with staff members knowing that 1. My best interests are being taken care of in a professional way 2. I never doubted Jennifer's professional opinion as she does her job well on a daily basis. 3. Everyone in this office and Mrs Ramos have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped me finalize my divorce finally after moving to them from another firm. They were on point with everything and very fair with billing. I had a $200 consultation regarding contesting a will after my father passed away, and from the start, the lawyer was not very nice after I told her what advice I was seeking. She looked up and saw that there was no will filed and asked what I wanted to do. I told her I didn’t understand what to do and how to go about handling this. She said there’s nothing to contest without a will, and nothing can be done. End of story. I asked what I can do since my sister said there was a will and everything was left to her. I’m a novice who was seeking advice in the law firm’s area of specialty, but got the brush off. It was like being wronged all over again. The lawyer said it would cost $5000 to retain her services to contact my sibling who took everything. It was obvious she did not want to help or care. She seemed rushed to get off the phone with no compassion and seemed disinterested in hearing what I had to say. My dissatisfaction isn’t due to the information I received and I have no problem paying a $5k retention fee. But it would only be to a lawyer who was not interested in hearing what I had to say and not cut me off and being rushed. The whole conversation lasted maybe 10 minutes. Listening indicates a lawyer would be acting in the best interest of their client.
