I had a $200 consultation regarding contesting a will after my father passed away, and from the start, the lawyer was not very nice after I told her what advice I was seeking. She looked up and saw that there was no will filed and asked what I wanted to do. I told her I didn’t understand what to do and how to go about handling this. She said there’s nothing to contest without a will, and nothing can be done. End of story. I asked what I can do since my sister said there was a will and everything was left to her. I’m a novice who was seeking advice in the law firm’s area of specialty, but got the brush off. It was like being wronged all over again. The lawyer said it would cost $5000 to retain her services to contact my sibling who took everything. It was obvious she did not want to help or care. She seemed rushed to get off the phone with no compassion and seemed disinterested in hearing what I had to say. My dissatisfaction isn’t due to the information I received and I have no problem paying a $5k retention fee. But it would only be to a lawyer who was not interested in hearing what I had to say and not cut me off and being rushed. The whole conversation lasted maybe 10 minutes. Listening indicates a lawyer would be acting in the best interest of their client.

Caitlin Martinez is an excellent attorney who really goes above and beyond. She won't brag on herself, so I will brag for her. I went to law school with Caitlin and she was impressive to watch. She graduated early and sat for the bar sooner than the rest of our class. I've never seen a person work so hard in school while also working full time and while also raising a family. I would trust her with any probate or family law matters, and you should too.

I tried working with the Attorney General's office. What a mess! Mr. Bouschor completely cleaned up the mess and handled my family law issue with the efficiency and competence his office is known for. Mr. Bouschor and his paralegal, Melissa Hopkins, answered all my questions, kept me informed of developments, and worked tirelessly to make sure our anticipated outcome was achieved. HUGE waste of my time and money! Hired for a divorce case. Retainer was spent on mostly calls and emails over ??? Nothing was done to help me or my case move forward. I have neurological health issues and am on disability and this law office did nothing to help me understand what was going on or what documents I needed. I ended up being shuffled through 3 different paralegals. Only one of them contacted me on a semi-regular basis but still did not help explain my process. Finally I found out I was being let go as a client....... through my ex! They found out before I did. So unprofessional. DO NOT hire this firm. They will take your money, make false promises til you sign and then say, "We can't do anything for you because......._________(fill in the blank with most convenient excuse)" Mr. Bouschor, next time you have a disabled client, HELP them. I lived out of my car during Covid because you didn't get any financial assistance for me from my ex hsuband. Thats what I hired you for. And because I don't have any money, I have to settle for whatever he wants to give me. Thank you so much for wasting my time.

Amazing team to work with.

David Bouschor & Robin Victor were miracle workers in what turned out to be a nightmare Legal Guardianship case. It stretched out over almost 2 years (due to Covid & to other factors beyond their control) & thanks to them & their great staff (Ruth & Melissa among them), a young man (who is mentally about 10 on a good day) was protected. His grandmother & I will be forever grateful.
