Top notch group. I don't recommend divorce, in the event of you won't be disappointed with this group.

As soon as Andrew walked into the meeting, I had a bad feeling about him. He does not seem to like women. He continually interrupted me and made assumptions about me. He was rude and did not actually LISTEN to anything I was saying. I told him several times, "You don't know me." as he was assuming I was wanting to take my wealthy husband to the cleaners and I did not. I do not recommend him to anyone, especially women. If you are a male, it might be different. I did not feel like I could trust Andrew Passons at all. My husband's lawyer talked my husband into getting a protective order against me, which was completely fabricated and dropped before the court date even happened. I'm not sure if this was the reason for his poor attitude or if this is just the way he is. There are plenty of other lawyers in Denton.

Andrew is top notch. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a family lawyer.

Andrew Passons was incredible in handling all aspects of my divorce. He has a high level of integrity and fairness which are very important to me. Even with my high conflict divorce, he made sure to keep me informed through the entire process. I would highly recommend him and his team. They were very professional and highly knowledgeable in many areas.

No one wants to go through a divorce, but when you must, it is good to have a skilled lawyer on your side. Mark Lewis worked skillfully and with integrity at every turn to help me navigate the complex legal process of divorce. His eye was always to the law and the details of the process that would help me avoid additional problems or complications in the future. I really have found Mark and all of his staff very easy to work with. I would recommend him over and over again.

Mark Lewis is the most honorable, thorough, wise, and honest attorney I have ever worked with. Mark and his whole team handled our case with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity. I would strongly recommend this firm to anyone. Any separation/divorce/custody situation is difficult. I never questioned my decision to chose Andrew to represent me. I had a long, difficult case, nothing standard or easy. Andrew and Jessica really took time to learn about my family and I and really worked for what was best for everyone. He managed my expectations, so I knew if what I wanted was realistic or not. There were no surprises- because he thinks of everything! Jessica his paralegal is a God send! There were many times talking to her for a few minutes got me through the day. Andrew and Jessica make an amazing team, they are in sync and when you watch them prepare for meetings or have conversations they can almost do it without speaking :) There are no words to ever accurately describe the love I have for them, and how much their time, energy and effort meant to me. Yes we pay lawyers for their time, energy and effort, but you can tell the money had nothing to do with their level of care. I honestly feel like I made 2 friends with Andrew and Jessica. Choosing Andrew to help my family though my divorce was the best decision I could have made.

Andrew took over my contensted divorce case from a previous lawyer that also failed to meet deadlines and be responsive and proactive. During our consultation he provided clear timelines and actionable next steps and 3 months later and thousands of dollars he failed to act. He even requested an extension on discovery without informing me, when I had provided all the paperwork weeks in advance but he had not reviewed what I sent him. He never acted on the outstanding discovery due in the case after my repeated request. He fell flat every time, so frustrating. He is busy and clearly over committed. He never bothered to understand the details of my case or take the actions I requested. In writing he told me he had dozens of clients and my case was not a priority and I required patience to sit back several more months and wait. My case was a very long 7 month ordeal and I finally just requested a non favorable settlement agreement to get out of the countless useless dollars being spent on nothing. What a waste. In my opinion he knows the laws and has good contacts in the system but it was pointless to me as he never had time to work my case.
