I was referred to Eric during a very difficult time. Eric was wonderful; he took the time to review my case thoroughly, answered all my questions, and explained the process from beginning to end. Eric has extensive knowledge of family law, and was straightforward and realistic about my options. I would absolutely recommend Eric above anyone else.

My wife and I worked with Howard Watt to create our wills and were quite satisfied. So when my wife died I naturally used Howard once again to probate my wife's will. Howard and Carol Beth, his para-legal, informed me of the process and communicated with me in a timely fashion. I have been very pleased both times that I have used Howard. I never thought I would EVER need a divorce lawyer, but I did. I asked for recommendations from friends and Eric's name was mentioned. The funny thing is, the person recommending Eric was NOT one of his clients..Eric's client was this person's ex-spouse. Needless to say, I felt like I needed to consult with Eric. At our first meeting, Eric was very professional and answered all of my questions. He took the time to educate me on things I hadn't even considered (like survivor benefits). I chose Eric to represent me in my divorce because he was knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the process he continued to be professional (even though the opposing counsel was not) and he kept me informed on a timely basis. Eric made sure I knew and understood all of the possible outcomes of my case, the positive and the negative. He did not promise anything other than to thoroughly represent me and he did. While I never thought I would need a divorce lawyer, I'm thankful it was Eric and I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.
