I can not speak for Bodkin or Dorris, but Niehaus was lacking in many respects. What started out as a good relationship rapidly deteriorated. Jason Niehaus is rude, condescending, lacks communication skills, and fails to clearly outline his fee and the extent of his services he provides for said fee. I felt as if I was an irritant rather than a valued client. He did very little until told to expand upon my options and to think outside the box. I cannot speak for his character as an individual but as for my attorney I was anything but impressed.

This lawyer got my possession of marijuana case dismissed with a few conditions. The conditions were I had to pass two UA's and do 8 hours community service. You can not get a better lawyer than him!!

Outstanding is an understatement. I found myself in a tricky situation where I thought I did the right thing but could have ruined my life for a very long time. Jason was there to guide me through a very scary time. I can not say enough good things about Jason as an attorney or person. No one should hesitate to trust him.

He met and exceeded all my expectations as my attorney. He is caring and helpful in whatever the circumstance maybe and most importantly he is al. He is not only my attorney but also my consultant and a very good friend. I am thankful to have a brilliant soul on the right side of the law.
