I hired Caroline Simone for 4 different cases and I am very happy with the results. Three were dissmised and one was reduced to a fine. Overall I highly recommend her for any criminal cases that you might have.

I immediately felt at ease upon meeting with Ms Simone. She is a very competent and knowledgeable lawyer and has excellent personable skills that put my mind at ease. Her excellent analogies and previous cases allowed me the confidence to place my life altering situation in her very capable hands. I highly recommend Caroline Simone for your criminal defense attorney. I didn't even know criminal charges had been filed against me until I started getting solicitations from attorneys wanting to represent me. That's how I found out that a warrant had been issued for my arrest. I didn't want to hire one of the lawyers who had been mailing me fear-provoking advertisements, so I immediately got busy researching the best criminal defense attorneys around. I knew I wanted someone who had a lot of experience, had previously been a prosecutor, was board certified in criminal law, and also had great reviews. Once I narrowed down my selection, I actually looked up their past court cases to see how they were resolved and Caroline became the clear choice. She has gotten her clients many dismissals, deferred adjudications, and probation - but also isn't afraid to take cases to trial if needed. She's a winner. When I first met with her, she was immediately comforting and carefully explained what my options were and what she thought she could do for me. She was confident that the worst case scenario would be deferred adjudication and the best case scenario would be dismissal of the charge. She was very good at communicating with me by text and email and kept me updated throughout the process. I met her up at the courthouse a couple of times to sign paperwork, but I never had to step into a courtroom or in front of a judge. In watching her at the courthouse, it was obvious that she was highly respected by the prosecutors, others attorneys, judges, and court staff. She’s very professional and I was proud that she was representing me. In the end, my case was dismissed. We are now waiting to also have my record expunged completely. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my case or in my choice of Caroline Simone as my attorney. I felt like she truly cared about me from the beginning to the end. Caroline Simone is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled criminal defense attorney. Her defense of my son in a very difficult case allowed him the best possible outcome. She works well with parents and families of the accused as she took the time to explain what was going on at every step and provided realistic expectations. The judge on the case as well as other attorneys spoke very well of her abilities. I hope we never have to go through another experience with the criminal justice system but if we do she would be my first choice!

I was charged with 3 Felonies which which were negotiated down, over a several month period, to 2 misdemeanors, a Deferred Felony Probation. 3 days jail and no fine. The Judge, when reading the verdict, stated that it was "due to the very capable and diligent efforts of my Attorney...(sic)." Hats off to Ms. Simone and Thank You!

I hired Caroline Simone after I was being falsely accused of domestic violence by my ex- girlfriend. This bitter ex girlfriend even said that I was choking her, which turned the charges into felony charges. These false accusations could have cost me my career. I'm thankful that I found this attorney. Caroline Simone was efficient and kept me informed of my case at all times. She was able to keep my name from being tainted. From the first phone call to first meeting, Caroline was very easy to talk to and listen with, to discuss the specifics as she had so much compassion and it never changed, just got better. I don’t like to write. It takes me hours to write an email, but I am moved to write a review of the work that Ms. Simone did on behalf on my son (age 30). She is an experienced lawyer and well-informed about the options the courts have available for alternatives to jail time. Caroline worked on my son’s case to bring it to the best possible outcome. She took the time to call me and explain the situation with my son’s permission. She expressed her concerns, but left me feeling calm and positive.
