I contacted the law firm of Springer-Lyle with regards to a traffic accident in which my husband was not at fault and was injured. In my initial call, I gave all the pertinent information. Frank Lyle then called me and was very helpful, giving suggestions and reassurance as to how to handle both the property damage issue as well as personal injury. We concluded that unless something unforeseen comes up, my husband's injuries do not appear to be serious, we should negotiate the settlement ourselves. It was refreshing to have such a helpful consultation. It was not rushed, and Attorney Lyle talked with me until I was satisfied and had all my questions answered.

I have unfortunately been in 2 wrecks that were very different from each other since moving to Texas and I have used Frank everytime. I know that frank is the experience I need to guide me in the right direction. My last case took a very long time due to the other party but Frank's team kept in contact, always was able to talk through any question or fear I had. When a family member was involved in an auto accident, we didn’t know what we didn’t know. From our first conversation with Frank Lyle we were put at ease. He was very empathetic to our situation and was very thorough in walking us through all of our options. Frank Lyle has given me excellent legal advice regarding an accident involving an 18 wheeler rear-ending me, which sent me to the ER and totaled my vehicle. Mr. Lyle helped me to understand the legal papers the trucking company want signed in order to settle their claim. After providing clarity of the legal jargon the trucking company was presenting to me, he then gave me advice on how to move forward and settle their claim in my best interest. He, also, informed me of legal rights I have pertaining to my own insurance company regarding PIP coverage, which they had not informed me of. Mr. Lyle has continued to spend numerous hours advising and representing me. He never wavered from his intent to obtain medical expenses I incurred from the accident on May 24, 2021. The billing was tangled up with auto/health insurance companies, along with third party billing firms. This was all sorted out because of Mr. Lyle’s tenacity, knowledge, and professionalism. He, then, let the adjuster with the insurance company representing the trucking company know what was needed for a proper settlement. If I had not had Mr. Lyle and his firm backing me, this would not have been possible. I met with Mr. Lyle to sign the settlement and pay him for his legal services. He would not take any payment. I cannot say enough about Mr. Lyle. He is the most trustworthy, humble, and dedicated attorney I have ever met.
