I would recommend them to anyone... Their entire team is beyond great and treat you as family. Even though I was dealing with a stressful situation they gave me so much hope and I was able to rest knowing they were in control.. If you have any type of legal matter let them handle it for you. I promised an update and here it is. Go elsewhere with your money!!! This law firm knows nothing about the definition of communication. I have been treated like I was unimportant to them since Jamie left the case. Time and time again they have failed to notify me of important issues or anything regarding my case for that matter. The one time I did go to court with him by my side, he failed to mention some of the most important requests that I had leaving me with a now judge-signed court order that I have yet to even see! He promised me that he would go over the court order as soon as opposing counsel had sent it to his office. He didn’t of course; I had no knowledge that opposing counsel had completed it. By the time I found out that Emmanuel had seen it, the time frame to discuss and/or dispute anything in the order had already long since passed. Now I’m forced to comply with this order because of his negligence. I’m so disappointed in this firm and with how I’ve been treated, particularly with Emmanuel; the owner!! After I discovered that the orders are now officially in place, I called the office and demanded to speak with Emmanuel. I verbalized my concerns and he made no apology whatsoever, making excuses, justifications like, “you were there why didn’t you say anything?” Or, “I’m going to request a copy of the transcripts so you can hear for yourself.” Which he never did (shocker, right?). I have been let down time and time again and decided to go get another attorney. I spoke with Emmanuel on the phone and requested that he withdraw from my case. He promised that he would be off my case by that Friday (giving him about 4 days to complete this task). It’s now been about 3-4 weeks and he has yet to submit his withdraw. I’ve been calling and sending emails and they STILL won’t reply to me or withdraw from my case. Now, they leave me no choice but to file a grievance.

I had a consult with Albarado Law Firm on my case and they were able to answer all my questions and treated me with highest respect. Angela and the staff were very professional and kind. As soon as you walk into their office, they treat you like family. I would highly recommend them.
