He got me probation when I could have received a 2 to 20 year sentence in the State Penetentiary. Then, I violated probation which in most cases would guarantee a trip to prison and Mr. Wohr worked hard to get me a light sentence in the County Jail and even continued working on my case to get me Work Release so I could be home for the Holidays and continue to earn a paycheck. Mr. Wohr is a very hard working attorney who has his client's best interests at heart and will work tirelessly to get them the best possible results. Not to violate attorney-client privileges, but I would like to write about the time I was told by Mr. Wohr that I would have to receive a sentence of a few months in county jail and I offered him several thousand dollars to keep me out of jail. Mr. Wohr was honest with me and told me their was nothing further he could do to keep me from going to jail. The D.A. had already given us the best offer they were going to give us, so Mr. Wohr politely declined my monetary offer and I received a sentence of a few months in the county jail when I could have actually received a sentence of 2 years in the State Penetentiary. Then, after my sentence was handed out, Mr. Wohr continued to work on my case for no additional money and got me Work Release so I could be home for the Holidays. A less honest and less ethical attorney would have quickly taken my money and lied about keeping me out of jail and I still would have received the same jail sentence. What more can you ask for than an honest and hard working attorney?
