Devon should be disbarred! He tried to represent me on a criminal charge 7 years ago and his advice was to plead guilty to a class 3 felony and serve 5 years. I tried to tell him that the maximum sentence for my charge was only 2 years. I hired another lawyer and plead for 6 months. The other lawyer was astonished at the incompetence

In May of last year me and my roommate were pulled over in Lewisville and my roommate had Marijuana in the car. I was given a citation for Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after admitting to smoking. I had contacted another law firm in Dallas with a very good reputation and they wanted to charge me an absolutely ridiculous amount for this minor ticket case. After that I thought there was no hope for my case especially since I had admitted to smoking Marijuana to the police. At the very last minute one day before my court date I contacted Flint and he immediately took my case and had the court date moved and he didn't even charge me 1/3rd of what the other law firm wanted to charge me! Flint was very straight forward, honest, and kept me updated on my case, and since it was a ticket case I didn't even have to show up for court! He handled everything! Even with an admission of guilt he still managed to get me Deferred Adjudication without having to submit to any drug screens, community service, or anything else like that. All I had to do was pay a small fine, and stay out of trouble for 90 days! And now I can have this charge expunged off my record in 2 years! Very pleased with him and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. Don't hesitate to contact his law firm if you're in trouble!
