The Goline & Roland law firm is not just a law firm, but a place you can comfortably call a "Peace of Mind" These guys pay attention to details, ask questions and prepare well against the opposing counsel. Their front office people are welcoming and makes things easier. Attorney, Rachel Roland is awesome and knows her onions.Her confidence in what she do is out of this world. I have been working with Greg Goline since before he got his own practice - off and on over the past 13ish years! I don't know that there's any other attorney in the county I would trust with regard to family matters. He's a straight shooter with a real knack for getting to the root of a situation quickly, and he's got a lot of heart. EVERYONE on his team does, especially Misty! The services are not cheap, but the collective expertise and empathy at this firm are worth every penny. Theresa (lawyer) and Kaitlyn (paralegal) worked very hard to help me protect my children from being alone with their alcoholic/addict father. Theresa was recommended by Denton County Friends of the Family and they were all essential in helping us escape that abusive environment. Once I finally had the realization that their entitled father would never choose to be sober… my lawyer and I created a plan of action. It starts with supervised visitation/ drug testing and with proof of sobriety can help him get back custody IF he ever does decide to be sober. It was always my choice on what I wanted to do and they helped guide me through the stress of custody agreements. It was an almost three year process as I wasn’t always steadfast in my decision making… but they stuck with me and we have been able to keep my kids safe. They will continue to be protected thanks to Theresa, Kaitlyn, and everyone else at their law firm. I highly recommend her, and will use them again if necessary!

Kaitlyn and Greg have made it easy for us to know that we have gotten the best outcome possible in family court every step of the way. Misty and Theresa were terrific while working through a step-parent adoption. There were many hoops on this one, but they were great through the process and we got it done. They were very clear with expectations, so there were few surprises which is good.
