I didn't work with Ms. Butler very much, I did most of my correspondence with her assistant, a Ms. Richardson, however Ms. Richardson responded to absolutely every e-mail I sent her. She was extremely knowledgeable about almost every question I had for her, and her response time was almost immediate. I was very happy to work with "Dorothy Butler Law Firm" and would recommend them to anybody. My situation was just one involving an "Occupational Driver''s License" and two driving tickets. This law firm was extremely helpful. On the day of my court appearance the judge signed off on all the papers that I was given by Ms. Butler & Ms. Richardson, and she, the judge that is, seemed very pleased as well.

She was quick to respond to request for meeting, very knowledgeable about the reason we were meeting and she was very expeditious in handling our estate planning and reaching our final conclusion.

As I marked the ratings on the characterstics of Ms. Butler, she is knowledgeable, trustworth and responsive. She kept me well informed. Overall she is just a very professional lady that values customer service with a smile.

Dorothy was referred by the State Bar referral service & because she seemed genuinely interested in helping me, I hired her immediately. Like so many attorneys, she isn't motivated by the almighty dollar...very refreshing! Luckily the charges against me were dropped before my court date. This obviously isn't a typical outcome but with her phone calls & emails to the prosecutor to explain the unique factors leading up my arrest, I would probably be facing probation, community service & a criminal record. She is the BEST!!!

Ms. Butler helped us with a bankruptcy matter. Even though she is located in Austin which is several hundred miles from where we live, she was wonderful. We were always able to contact her and her response time whether it be via phone, text, or email was always very prompt. She was able to help us with an acceptable plan, and relieved so many fears and concerns that we had. Thanks to Ms. Butler we are able to breathe easier. Regardless of the distance that separates us, our communication was very strong via other methods than face to face. I am greatly satisfied with this attorney and highly recommend her to anybody whether local or out of the area. Ms. Butler also did an estate planning with us and now we feel 100% secure that everything will be handled perfect when a situation arises that we would need that plan. She is awesome! We will most definately use her again should the need arise.

Ms. Butler was hired to represent us in a dispute with the local appraisal district regarding a property tax appraisal. She was attentive to our questions or concerns, obtained the information necessary to strengthen our case, and presented her information in a professional manner at our hearing before the review board. So thorough was her preparation and presentation that fellow citizen members of the appraisal review board were shaking their heads at the case presented by the district's representative. She won our case!
