Assistant took down my information and told me they’d call me back. Never received a call back. Update: the attorney did email me directly and even called me. Unfortunately I did end up going with a different attorney but I do appreciate that she contacted me. For that I will amend my rating to 3/5.

My experience with Ms. Casares was great. Always on top of things and getting things done.

Very unprofessional. The fact that this lawyer firm has 4.2 rating is outrageous. To be honest, I feel like this person is making sock accounts and it's concerning. She said she would be on my side when I presented the evidence but she still become very bias. Note, this case was fighting for custody of my child. Eagle Pass is one of the worse places to get a lawyer from. Close minded and rather being on a 'female' side even when presented outrageous evidence. I'm sorry, when did you do 34 hrs with me? My lawyer who won the case for me with ease never got your work but your 'invoice' for those hrs and have to pay before the next week...no, no...this is disturbing how this is 4.2 rating...

Lack of communication, don’t spend your money trust me there are better lawyers out there
